@Safaricom_Care I am on Safaricom e-sim, the number was ported from airtel. Since the new mpesa app, despite requesting a verification code multiple times I am not getting the message. I have turned off wifi and the safcom eSIM is the only active sim on my phone

@MacBelts I have to say this is rather incredible - some how a cable cut affects Uganda - but doesn't have any impact in Kenya. Does Kenya have magic smoke signals? Come on - people aren't that stupid. The countries are served by the same sub-sea cables.

@ahmadsalims @niru_kenya Again as I have said - I’m not telling anyone not to participate - I am merely making people aware of what the terms and conditions say and what the potential risks are to their intellectual property. T&C’s are normal - but the clauses can differ significantly

@254Undiluted @niru_kenya I am not telling anyone not to participate - I am simply highlighting that people need to be aware of what they are signing up for and go into this knowing the terms and conditions - if people are willing to accept those, that’s entirely up to them

Just as a note the terms and conditions in clause 10 also make reference to the transfer of moral rights. This, to my layman’s understanding, is a violation of article 6 of the Berne Convention, to which Kenya is a signatory
