I have like 4 unresponded to messages in my group chat. Trying to not let my brain convince me everyone hates me and is ignoring me 🧠
I've decided im going to start keeping a Bullet Journal! Fingers crossed I actually do it, this week I also wanted to start a nail, card and jewelry business... So let's see how it goes.
Why are all pillows apart from the ones on my bed total garbage.
Just got my first order of Soulara and it all looks delish! I find cooking and cleaning impossible to do consistently so I'm crossing my fingers ans toes that having prepared meals is my answer to eating healthy/not binge eating. #ADHD
@AdultingADHD Yup! I'm doing a critical thinking class at uni and I have found the self reflection really easy because I have always done it. Just quite harsh about it.

I think my ADHD comes from my mum. I only just realised last night. In the middle of a conversation she got distracted by her phone and spoke over the top of us. #ADHD
Here's a hot tip. Don't eat a massive bag of chips in the silent area of the library! I can hear you chewing and smacking your lips and digging in the bag from across the room. Some times noise sensitivity gives me anxiety, anyone else?

I saw the symptoms list for ADHD from DSM-5 and I am ticking all the boxes. I wasn't diagnosed until 24 and I felt the need to send the list to my parents. Why? I think I'm still trying to prove that it's real, it's not in my head. I need people to believe me.
