Hi, I’m starting this account as a resource hub for people living with Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS / AxSpA). I was diagnosed in 2016. Over the years I’ve spent a lot of time trying different approaches — especially around diet, movement, and daily management. This account is my way of sharing what I’ve found useful.
