@LottoLabs People are sleeping on Gemma-4. My own extensive, real-world testing shows Gemma-4 to be neck and neck with Qwen3.6 for result quality. On top of that, Gemma-4 gets ~170 t/s vs only like ~60t/s for Qwen3.6.

@Outdoctrination My migraines turned out to be caused by inorganic phosphates in foods. Sodium tripolyphosphate was the worst. Caused migraine w/ aura in 20-30 mins. Others: dicalcium phosphate, sodium acid pyrophosphate. Disrupts calcium:phosphate ratio in brain. These chems should be banned.

@ThorTorrens @_Sir_Douglas NONE of those will touch mercury. You need either DMPS, DMSA, ALA, or lots of cilantro (coriander). Either way, tons of antioxidants, too. Read Andrew Cutler for more on mercury detox.

@Outdoctrination Took me 2 yrs to track it down. Most of them gave me the woozy prodrome feeling for days/weeks/months until eliminated. If you get migraines, first check the ingredients of all the foods you eat, and toss any that have any kind of phosphate listed.
