An AI assistant + attorney on standby + proper notary goes further IMO than an average real estate broker. Most people who will drop real estate brokers entirely and do it themselves have had a negative experience buying/selling at some point in their lives. Maybe I’m wrong but I don’t think cost is the primary factor although it does factor into the decision.

@jarydesign We’re doing this for a real estate broker right now and the results have been impressive thus far. Reply rates are about ~5x that of a cold outreach. Their customers loved them, they just never bothered to follow up.

Read the whole thing. The real estate brokerage example hit home. Agents doing the same follow-ups, entering the same CRM data, sending the same emails over and over. The brokerage is just the shell around them. I'm building this for brokerages right now. The stuff that eats an agent's day: lead follow-up, listing updates, appointment booking, client check-ins, runs on its own. The agent just does the part that actually needs a human: showing up, building the relationship, closing the deal. Most agents spend maybe 20% of their week on work that actually makes them money. The rest is admin they've been doing manually because there was no alternative. Now there is.

@briandonatiello @scaling_shields we're doing exactly this for a real estate broker right now. 5,300+ contacts going back 13 years. short warm email, no pitch — just "how's the neighbourhood?" the ones from 2-5 years ago are gold. they already trust him, he just hasn’t kept in touch until now.

solid foundation. two things i'd add from running 6 agents daily: set your timezone in the global config AND every cron job. openclaw defaults to UTC — your 7am morning brief fires at 2am if you forget. same for daily logs — timestamp everything or you're debugging yesterday's problems with today's context and HEARTBEAT.md — a periodic checklist the agent runs through on a schedule. "is monitoring running, is context getting too large, are there stale tasks." it's what turns a passive assistant into one that catches problems before you notice them

exactly this. treat it like onboarding a new hire. you wouldn't hand someone a laptop on day one and say "figure out the business." you'd give them a role, a clear playbook, and review their work until they're reliable same thing with agents - write the SOUL. md like a job description, build the workflows like SOPs, and review outputs until you trust the process. We’re a few weeks into ours and they get better every day because we log every mistake and feed it back

AI does the heavy lifting but still needs human checkpoints. I run cold email in steps: agent scrapes → i review → agent cleans → i review → agent uploads → i review → sends. not fully hands-off but a full day of work becomes 20 min of approvals. mistakes get caught early instead of compounding
