Ben: In the middle of the two mountains, the midmarket, is people who have the ambitions of a large business but the budget of a small business. Their management are high-maintenance; not necessarily cream of the crop. Serving them is very, very difficult. So we focused on SMBs.

@matthewmarkham1 @JamesCridland Suggest you claim. We will be. The venue communication was non existent, although they did a good job evacuating everyone (given that they couldn’t have known at the time if it was a false alarm or not).
