$VIX 80D cycle low formed on May 29 -First 40d cycle (bottom panel) should be trending higher till late June (higher volatility), dip into early July 40d low -Second 40d cycle would typically rise till late July peak (around July 24-27), then down into early Aug where VIX 80D and 40D cycle sync up -This lines up with where I expect stocks to form 20W cycle low and have a sizable rally from there -ST VIX made a big move on Friday so a bit of a pullback in vol can be expected and want to see if it holds above 200 and 50 DMAs to confirm the breakout in volatility.

Come fight night, your brain recognizes the restriction as a normal state of exertion rather than a crisis, keeping your heart rate stable and your mind calm. Nasal Breathing + The Nitric Oxide (NO) Engine Forcing nasal breathing while the mouthguard is in forces your respiratory system to leverage the nasal cavity, which acts as a powerful biochemical catalyst. Nitric oxide is continuously synthesized in the paranasal sinuses. When you breathe through your nose, you carry this potent vasodilator directly into the lungs. NO relaxes the smooth muscles of your blood vessels, causing them to widen (vasodilation). This increases blood flow, lowers blood pressure, and significantly improves oxygen transport to working muscles. Limiting the rate of air intake acts like altitude training for your respiratory muscles (like the intercostals and diaphragm), forcing them to work harder and adapt. Over time, your baseline aerobic capacity expands, allowing you to sustain a higher pace before crossing your anaerobic threshold. The Bottom Line is you are forcing your body to become highly efficient with less air while maximizing the chemical delivery of the air you do take in.
