@kclbonline @Brennan_Font16 The collegiate summer leagues need to adapt to the needs of the players as the game continues to evolve. There are too many of them in general and most of them run far too deep into the summer, hoping to generate some extra revenue in the process.

@JamieBonkiewicz I'd be ok with IDs being free. Still 100% believe you should have to provide ID to vote. Its pretty obvious that the most important right we have should require verification that you are legal and who you say you are.

@CoachLong73 Well, they probably won't recognize it, since posts like this communicate that you lack self efficacy, have no idea what your value is, and feel as if you haven't proven yourself. Confidence doesn't have to shout. It acts. You want to be recognized, go be great at something.

@HPBAac You don't have to play year round to get better at baseball as a kid. Good players existed before travel teams and fall ball existed. Play alot, yes. Also rest. Play other sports. Be a kid.

@erikwagle11 What the hell are you talking about? Pitching is terrible right now at the high school and college level. Walks are through the roof, runs allowed are through the roof. Current training models for pitching teach them to throw... Very rarely to pitch.

@MtsuHall Um, yeah. Recruiting violations have consequences. Maybe just go to the school you're zoned for? Don't recruit illegally?

You're probably a 'former' coach because you don't think your team should clean up after themselves.

@shegone03 Here is a positive: It will absolutely force kids to learn how to throw strikes. The trackman zone is much smaller, so maybe a good side effect of bad idea will be a forced emphasis on learning how to pitch in the zone.
