I didn’t need a funnel. I needed someone to believe me. There’s a weird stretch in early build mode where everything’s half-working. You’ve built something real. You know it solves a problem. But every attempt to explain it lands flat. So you tweak copy. You niche down. You build another landing page. Still nothing sticks. Here’s what I finally realized: I didn’t need more polish. I needed proof that someone could hear the pain I solved and say, “Yeah… that’s exactly what I’m feeling.” I mapped out the 5 things that helped me go from "building in circles" to “this just helped—can we work together?” No funnels.
