One way to get better at nasal breathing in sleep (which is far healthier than being a mouth breather; apnea is really bad; see Jaws By Ehrlich & Kahn of @StanfordMed) is to restrict yourself to nasal breathing during zone 2 cardio. (Which we should all be doing 180-200min/wk.)
