@FitbitSupport Hi! My screen is really glitchy today - it’s stuck on trying to unlock itself by repeatedly pressing 4, and 1 doesn’t work, as well as a number of other numbers. It’s also opening incoming messages on its own, and not letting me scroll through screens. HELP!

When I charged an officer with assaulting a 16yo indigenous boy after arrest, I was disciplined, warned & transferred. Two female officers who gave evidence were ostracised, forcing one from the job. That's how internal NSW investigations work. If untrue @nswpolice can sue me.

For all the protestors, pepper spray is oil based. If you get sprayed DO NOT rub your eyes. Immediately blink as much as you can to wash out some of the oil with your own tears. Then, wash your eyes with baby shampoo and rinse copiously with water. Be safe.
