for years i haven't been able to stop thinking about the frozen greek yogurt from the san francisco restaurant Souvla. creamy, dense, tangy, just the slightest bit sweet i am here to report that i have recreated it with the "creami" ice cream maker and i can't stop making it

22 oz whole plain greek style yogurt 1/3 cup sugar juice of half a small lemon freeze & spin on "lite ice cream" mode if it turns out crumbly, add a splash of milk and re-spin
