Its the first full week of 2026 and we kick it off with the resumption of our Baking & Bereavement group.
We're back baking and the doors are about to open. Come along and grab yourself some delicious bread baked right here in the heart of the Poets' Corner area of Hove. With the cold temperatures today , it's the perfect time to enjoy a sourdough with a warming soup for your lunch.
Our friends at @actionhappiness have released their latest calendar, looking to a #HappierJanuary. We're back with a prep shift today (before tomorrow's first bake of the year), and we're definitely a little bit happier as a result.
All done for 2025. The last of the bread has been collected and we're off to spend some time with our families and friends over the Christmas period. We'd like to say a big THANK YOU to you all for supporting your local community bakery. Back baking on Saturday 3rd January.
Another batch of breads out of the oven. Got ordered bread to collect? -Doors open at 10am, just let us know your order number and we'll grab your order for you straight away. Not ordered? -We'll have some extras for those walk in customers too.
We're busy shaping today's batch of Cinnamon Buns. We'll have Cardamon Buns too, and for those fans of our festive Stollen Buns, we've got a large batch of those too.
Prep has begun for tomorrow's bake. We'll have a little bit more than a normal Thursday to give you the opportunity to stock up for the festive period ahead. Doors open at 10am.

It's the last of our #BakingForWellbeing workshops before a festive break today. These sessions offer a valuable opportunity to people to support their wellbeing through baking bread, chat, and connecting with others. A big thank you to the @tnlcommunityfund for supporting this.
