Final point on this. We have an āon callā system at our school. At certain times, the demand for it is so high that no one arrives to support. So my feeling is, before you start looking at individual teachers, surely youāve got to show youāre supporting those teachers?
I have built some very positive relationships and a sense of trust in my classes. I donāt dislike the students. But I am frustrated by the ingrained apathy to learning and a culture of bad language, bullying and vandalism. Itās SLT/trust responsibility to tackle that.

@stevensallis I have never understood why if you want a manager or director of football you wouldnāt pay a fee in the millions if itās the person you want
@stevensallis Worst bit of VAR is it was marketed as to reverse the clear and obvious errors. When it comes down to very subjective judgement (be it a tight offside, tackle or a handball) it was supposed to still be in the hands of the match officials. Clearly it isnāt & that aggravates fans.

@daisychristo The frame rate for me is a big one. Much of the time, the ball is an elongated blur in the frame chosen. I'm a United fan but feel for Coventry here. Garnacho vs Arsenal sticks out to me where 2-3 frames could have been taken as the moment it left the boot, but they chose the oneā¦
