Proud to announce our next @Samara delivery in Altadena- another family getting their keys, back on their property, in the community they’ve called home for decades at no cost. This is what the private sector can do when it acts with urgency and purpose. More homes coming.

We got the green light! LA Department of Recreation and Parks officially signed off & we are moving full speed ahead rebuilding Palisades Park. From the very beginning, this has been our vision at Steadfast: accelerate recovery by bringing the speed and expertise of the private sector to public projects, working hand-in-hand with the city to get it done. Stay positive.

Disaster demands action, not delays. Through @steadfastla & @Samara, the private sector is helping families return home and move forward. Rosalina and her family are back in their community, and we could not be more proud to be part of their journey.

One year after the fires, our communities in the Palisades, Malibu, and Altadena are still rebuilding — and Steadfast LA is proud to be part of that effort. Together with partners across the public and private sectors, we’re helping families return home, supporting local businesses, and building a stronger, safer future for Los Angeles.

The Campos family helped light the tree at The Americana at Brand, a symbol of hope and community. After losing their home in the Altadena fire, they’re returning to their community thanks to Steadfast L.A. and Samara. A reminder of strength and resilience during the holiday season.

Steadfast LA is proud to help launch Builders Alliance, a network of 10 homebuilders working to make it easier and more affordable for families in fire-impacted communities to rebuild. A big step forward in recovery and getting people back home.

It was so powerful to meet with Samara Homes recipients last week. Each family here lost their home in the Eaton Fire, and now, through Steadfast LA, they will be receiving a brand-new home at no cost.
