Always negotiate I just bought my Range Rover I asked Chase (RRs bank) what rate they'd be at. 8.50% was the best they could do. So I called a credit union and asked the same. They said 6.80% I called Chase and told them the good news! Just signed my loan with Chase at 6.70%

The best deals I’ve ever done are the ones when I had tons in the pipeline to choose from. Having an abundance of options allows you to assess them clearly. On the other hand, desperation can force you to make a bad decision. Never do a deal out of desperation!
I am furious. My son’s teacher found my Twitter account and made comments to him about it. She even went as far as to use profanity and say “tell your dad that he’s a total dumbass.” This is NOT what I had in mind when my wife started homeschooling our kids.
@smbvalueguy That’s the unfortunate state of General Contracting these days. Good project managers and superintendents are hard to come by.
@smbvalueguy Consumers are happy they can spend $2 bux more on their cheap wine with their groceries. Until they want something special for a gift.
@smbvalueguy For instance, some of the smaller distributors carry unique beers like Pliny the Elder that we can no longer carry because we don’t order enough wine. Things consumers could get before are now tough. They will get way worse when they can sell liquor.
@smbvalueguy Not terrible. When I bought my store it was based off the fact that the store didn’t sell much wine and I could boost our sales that way. Most stores are way down and it’s going to hurt in ways customers done realize.

Our building has been officially complete for just over a year and we’ve booked 220 events which will generate close to 2 million dollars.
