She calculated Halligan's criminal experience down to "only 1%." She never mentioned Keller's 14-year gap - until she admitted it to me on Twitter. After he failed. Twice. The "rookie" got the indictment. The "veteran" couldn't get 12 out of 23 grand jurors to find probable cause. No judge has ever reviewed the evidence. The NYT buried that sentence.
