There's an abundance of information out there on how to build and scale a venture-style business. Yet, the same level and quality of resources aren't available for entrepreneurs who want to bootstrap. I suspect there will be huge demand for this information in the next decade.

Before I chose a niche to focus on, I was reluctant because I thought it would close off possibilities and opportunities. I was wrong. Committing to a niche has revealed infinite potential. The deeper I go, the bigger it becomes, creating more space for exploration and impact.
Listening to hype music while working out can be energizing and motivating, but I sense it also drowns out internal cues and wisdom. Perhaps exercising in silence allows us to tune more deeply into our bodies, thoughts, and emotions, offering a deeper understanding of ourselves.

The greater the gap between work and the rest of your life, the more challenging it becomes to transition when that work ends or loses its appeal.
Reflecting on our first Downshift experience: While IRL entails significantly more effort and cost, it results in exponentially greater connection and commitment. Since we’re not building a traditional cohort-based course, it’s well worth the trade off.
