The most under-appreciated fact about AI in my opinion is that it will be an invisible revolution Currently AI is filling every feed and seems like it couldn’t be any MORE visible, but the real transformations are happening behind closed doors and in silence A marketing team cut in half while doubling its lead generation. An operations department handling 5x the workload without adding to headcount. A new business unit growing to 7 figures under the supervision of just a single human The expectation of how many humans are needed to produce a given outcome is being shattered. There will soon be no correlation between headcount and business size And very little of it will be publicized until much later, because internal organizational shifts aren’t easy to explain, aren’t sexy or attention-grabbing, and the companies doing the best work with AI aren’t eager to let their competitors know The effects of this invisible revolution will take years to play out. Years before they show up clearly in economic statistics. But by the time they do, an entirely new class of companies will exist that were built AI-first
