@MultimodalAlex This is exactly my perspective. I don’t have kids. I generally don’t really want to be around kids when I’m out, and there are tons of places where I can do exactly that. There aren’t that many places where people with kids can hang out and have a beer. Let them.

@CruellaDKill Multiple breweries that my family frequents were specifically made family friendly because the owner wanted a brewery to bring their kids to. I'm using the brewery as intended and people who don't understand the intent are complaining.

Kids are allowed to exist in spaces where they are permitted. If you don't like that, choose a place that doesn't permit them.
If you are in public and the brewery allows kids, this is not my problem as a parent. Go to a 21+ brewery or bring it up with brewery ownership.

Opponents also say that the council has to consider the levy in this decision. They just don't. It doesn't take from that money and its kinda unrelated lol
