@Booking.com have the worst customer service. Been waiting weeks for refunds, should of been refunded within 5-7 days. 13 days later and now being fobbed off and told could be 19-23 days. Take the bloody money quick enough of me though

@AskDyson Again, Dyson thanks for your quick reply, I have done all that you have said already, in fact that is something I do regularly but the problem, which like you say might not be dangerous, still persists. It might not be dangerous, but it is painful

@Dyson hi, I have the dyson v8 absolute, I get electric shock when ever I use it from the charging port on the handle, I was told to wipe it with anti static wipes but this dosnt help. Very bad design, is there anything else that can be done to rectify this terrible problem

@JDF hi, why is the charge port on the handle of the v8 stick vacuum? All I get is electric shocks when using it, tried using anti static wipes as suggested by your customer service but no change. Very bad design for an expensive bit of equipment. What can I do to solve it?

Total shambles, if I can give any advice, it would be don not use @OCInsuranceUK. 2 days I have been trying to talk to a human and get my windscreen fixed. I wont be renewing my policy with these shower of shit company

I'm on a 30gig for 15gig contract with o2 but I have run out of data & only used 15gig so far @O2 say I have to pay for more data. Does this mean they have broke their contract with me and that I can cancel?
