Delay repay - your asking for a cut in half ticket to prevent them from being used again. My train was so delayed I got home at 1.30am - not sure how anyone could use a ticket that was one day old?

@Carpetright No answer to my email after 5 days. Try calling you at 6pm as you say phone lines open until 8pm. Go through phone menu only to be told you're closed. Are you guys on holiday, having a joke or just really bad at customer care?
