I am not on the vegan side or carnivore side of the diet wars. Think of me as the Switzerland of Nutrition. I believe either style of eating can be healthy or unhealthy depending on how it is done. r/t @CaryKelly11
@robertlufkinmd @CaryKelly11 Sure, but one is inherently superior and one is inherently inferior. As vegans eat a deficient diet which needs artificial vitamins, while the diet is also based on the false belief that it is more moral, the diet is simply inferior and the cultists are hypocrites.
@robertlufkinmd @CaryKelly11 Organically grown clean plants love feeding on blood and bone, and that's what the veganas eat? Good on them.
@robertlufkinmd @CaryKelly11 Wise perspective! 🌿🥩 It’s not about picking sides; it’s about making informed choices and ensuring balance in our diets. Healthiness depends on how we navigate our nutritional paths. #Microbiome behaves differently in each individual with type of diet, such is its diversity
@robertlufkinmd @CaryKelly11 And on the bio individuality
@robertlufkinmd @CaryKelly11 Why not eat a balanced diet? Meat and vegetables. (whole foods) Just avoid ultra processed foods, prepare most of your meals at home (try to limit fast food) and get lots of daily exercise!
@robertlufkinmd @CaryKelly11 Growing my own oranges... in this context, healthy (carb amount fits within my current threshold limit). Yesterday I bought a blood orange tree. It will double my orange production by providing a follow-on variety to the existing orange tree. "Blood" variety has antioxidants.
