I could write a book about how great of a professor and resource he is. He's actually the main reason I decided to pursue a career in real estate. He came into one of my classes of about 100 students to introduce the Real Estate Concentration at Rutgers, and the first thing he did was make everyone close their laptops, put away their phones, and give him their undivided attention. His pitch was so good that when he left early after his speech, I followed him out of the classroom to ask him a bunch of questions about cap rates and valuation. I was still pretty new to CRE at the time. I ended up taking him for Real Estate Development alongside George Jacobs, where he walked us through everything CRE development from A to Z: purchase to stabilization, covering every possible hiccup that could come up during a project. I don't think there's a single question he couldn't answer 😅 My favorite thing about him, and I know not everyone would agree, is that he's always "on." It's hard to explain unless you've spent serious time with him, but he has zero tolerance for BS in his class. Sure, he's always serious, but you know deep down he cares about you and your success greatly. He'll be tough on you, but that's a result of the world he's surrounded by (arguing with NIMBYS). He also brought in people from every corner of CRE: appraisers, engineers, lenders. Ed Russo even came in and shared his story and an underwriting model for Vermella Garwood which we did a project on. If you have ever walked a Vermella property yk how great they are. I graduated recently and interned at Denholtz on their asset management team, where I also got to do a bit of new development work. I'm still looking for a full-time placement as of now. If you know anyone hiring an analyst or anything (CRE), I'd love to connect 😉

@davidciofalo weird...I just tested making a new one to see what you were seeing, but it worked. When prompted to create a password, I used Passkey, which generated one for me, and the account works perfectly. So could be a device or network-specific error?

@davidciofalo get iCloud+ Settings > Hide My Email > Create New Email I've created multiple accounts this way, and it's convenient because it forwards everything to my main iCloud address

@kylereblinn Also one more thing, there are some OTC anti inflammatories that I took such naproxen sodium. But some studies have shown that it can actually slow the healing process. But if the pain is that bad, it doesn't hurt to relieve it for the time being.
