@marksandspencer Tomorrow is the first day of me never using any of your shops again, and telling anyone on Twitter, Facebook, instagram why Im not using them. I’ll take a picture of every store i am not buying anything from and explain why. I travel 300 miles a day and use M&S self serve daily

@marksandspencer I don’t want them to be in touch, what for ? Your manager at Toddington services south bound was going to look at the CCTV and see what I took anyway, so you should already know. He was telling the customers that anyway. Oh, it will be on the. CCTV.

@marksandspencer again, he scuttled off for a minute to busy himself with customers. He received a very large peice of my mind, it wasn’t pleasant but it is what it is. Overpriced ripp off monopoly’s, charging massively inflated prices for basic sustenance as we work and they calling me a theif

@marksandspencer I entered dressed in my well worn work clothes and as i had hot food from Greggs with me I grabbed a plastic bag and put the Gregg inside. I was immediately confronted and told i had to pay for the bag even though I hadn’t left the store.
