Once you start paying tax at 35%, in 2-3 years you will realise the hikes are not adding anything to your savings. Govt eating most of your raise. Your goals cannot be achieved with such inflation, EMI's, single digit raise, 35% tax. You have no motivation to grow. Disengaged.
