@antrofrog_ @CartoonSaloon Can you get a clip model, input his image and get an older image that have a similar look and take down his movie?

Qwen has been the biggest and strongest enabler of Local AI for consumers. As i speak to more and more local AI users with less than 12GB VRAM, the situation feels pretty sad. I'm specifically talking people with around 4 - 12 GB of VRAM or Unified memory, 3080, 3060, 4070, 4080 and similar setups. They're unfortunately being left out. No. Asking them to upgrade is not fair, esp in this economy? As someone who started local AI with only a 12GB 3060, i understand them, Qwen3.6-35B-A3B is the only reason i'm here today. From what i've seen, many users are still sticking with Qwen3.6-35b or gemma4-26b, or some other older MoEs because they simply don't have many newer options they can run well. @Alibaba_Qwen, for future please releases, please consider a - 9B model - 35B model, - or some new substiture MoE that can give more value to low vram users. Maybe this can start from Qwen4.0 🙏

This is how Opus 5.5 in Claude Code built a WoW-style game in 36h. There's a lot more to it than one prompt. I wrote a detailed spec, gave it access to Unity, Blender and Higgsfield, and packed my own workflow into skills. I go through all of it in the video: youtu.be/doR2RhsneRA

@jichiep wonder if the weights should respect some kind of interconnected graph. That would make the arms don't change the legs geometry by proximity. Because they will would be not closely connected

Google just dropped a new LLM! You can run it locally on just 8GB RAM. Let's fine-tune this on our own data (100% locally):

@scottpetrovic I love this tool! I tried to fuse some of the animateur project and vibe coded(transfer) a video 2 motion pipeline from there. I'm still having a problem importing the saved JSON.

@OP__Nico Haha! Thanks ! I still didn’t have time to play with this. But the first video I converted had so many different sub movements that it was very necessary. Btw, you should add some example of rigging ,adding an animation and exporting the model with all animations.

A new gen-AI model, called DNA-Diffusion, creates short DNA sequences capable of turning genes on or off in specific cells. The researchers hope that the technology could one day be part of gene therapies to treat disease. broad.io/DNA-Diffusion-…
