About 97% of AI users still don't pay for AI, and most people will never design, test, and ship a working app. The feed is not the market.
Yep. Building is the easy part. Product-fit QA is next. Sales and marketing are the actual goalpost. Find industry bird dogs and let them run your product as affiliates. Low friction. Pay them a referral fee for the recurring revenue they bring in. Go B2B. Buy lists, make calls, or have an agent dial for you if you hate rejection... just expect fewer closes, since AI still handles rebuttals poorly. 100k subscribers at $49.99 is multi-millionaire math on paper. Most people will build the app. Fewer will make it work. Almost none will systematically sell it.
