🚨 XRP just crossed a line no other crypto project has ever crossed Ripple is no longer trying to survive regulation. It stepped through it. Quietly. Deliberately. Ripple Labs has filed an interagency application to establish Ripple National Trust Bank in the United States. A federally regulated trust bank. Not an exchange. Not a workaround. Not a partnership. A bank. This is public. The application cleared days ago. And almost nobody is talking about what this actually means. Here is the part you are not supposed to dwell on for too long. A U.S. trust bank operates inside the same legal and supervisory framework as the traditional financial system. That means Ripple can custody digital assets at an institutional level without relying on third parties. It means direct access to U.S. banking infrastructure. It means liquidity can move without intermediaries. It means compliance is no longer something Ripple responds to. It is something Ripple is built on. This is why the court cases, while important, were never the endgame. The endgame was positioning. While most crypto companies spent years fighting regulators from the outside, Ripple did the opposite. They aligned with the system. They embedded themselves inside it. They made themselves unavoidable. This changes how banks look at Ripple. It changes how institutions interact with XRP. And most importantly, it changes what kind of capital is even allowed to touch it. Assets that sit outside the regulated perimeter can only attract a certain class of money. Assets that live inside regulated financial plumbing attract a completely different tier of capital. Slow. Massive. Permanent. You can dislike XRP. You can ignore it. But no other crypto project is this far along in becoming an actual regulated financial entity in the United States. That is not hype. That is structure. I have been early before. I called the Bitcoin bottom when most people were frozen in fear. I called the top when euphoria was everywhere. And I will call what comes next as well.
