Oof have not had to deal with a bank in a while for which I am really grateful. Last bank was @Nedbank and it's still not resolved. Gave up. Now opened a new account on @FNBSA and you have to request to see it on your online profile. That takes 3-5 business days. Wild, in 2026.

@Nedbank It's an old one where I went to the branch 4 times to see my account online, each time I'm told it's done just wait a few business days and then nothing. I've lost steam on this one, don't care anymore.

Well after last week getting a call from @Nedbank saying I would not need to go to the branch and everything will be sorted. They were going to phone me back to confirm and get it solved. Still no phone call. Guess I have no other option but to go to the branch for the fifth time
