@PunsterX @saliltripathi It’s the education which matters. Literacy rate is much higher in south than in North. Illiterate jobless louts from least developed states having no civic sense, roam around in cities spoiling decorum and cleanliness!

@sabeer Whatever the situation, using words like ‘dalal’ for a country doesn’t reflect well on diplomatic maturity. Strong positions can be conveyed firmly without resorting to such language, especially when global attention is high.Restraint and dignity goes a longway in IR.
