@mattvsjapan This is a good idea. Rhythm, movement etc is key and this can also eliminate the 'listening to what you want to hear' trap that is easy to fall into.

@HirokoTabuchi I am visiting NY later this week and spoke to a Japanese friend that lives in Connecticut so she if wanted to pop down but she said she doesn't with the anti-Asian sentiment in NY. Very sad state of affairs.

@GearoidReidy The other dynamic that hasn’t been covered here is that transport is typically covered by work so you can mid-max your cost vs size/style of dwelling
