I'm actually supremely indifferent to how the law defines women. As I keep saying woman is a social construct. I'm bothered by what the law now tacitly or overtly legitimates which is the harassment of trans and gender non conform people and enforcement of gender stereotypes

As someone training to be a therapist I think about this often... Therapy as an institution has been shaped by/ born from capitalism and colonialism. It's a poor replacement for things typical to indigenous life (community, elders, connection to body and land, griefwork etc)

No. Everyone does not need therapy. What everyone does need is emotional mentorship, spaces to build self reflexivity, spaces to be seen, heard and validated; Spaces that support collective evolution. That isn’t always therapy. Therapy is just one intervention. Not the ultimate.
