Tried Kefir & L. reuteri for leaky gut but they cause more problems than they solve. They are also high in histamines so not much use for someone with food intollerance & being fermented, lactobacillus will cause weight gain & other issues. It's used to fatten livestock for slaugter.

@iluminatibot After drinking distilled water for many months i went back to filtered tap recently. I got stomach issues and constapation within 1 day that lasted 5-6 days. This is the UK standard.
