$IREN operates with cheap easy power around 4 to 8 cents per kWh. That is a massive advantage in AI and data centers. IREN owns the land the power and the GPUs. That stack matters. $EQIX operates with higher power costs, leases more infrastructure, and is already institutionally saturated. If $IREN were valued at the same market cap as $EQIX the stock would be around $250-500 per share. Not a prediction. A scale comparison. Land plus power plus compute is the edge.
