Serious question: If AI can create tickets, estimate effort, summarize progress, generate reports, and answer project status questions 24/7… Why are companies still hiring Scrum Leads? We removed manual testers when automation became better. We removed data entry jobs when software became better. Why should process management be different? Humans aren’t the bottleneck anymore.
