@Savlambda But the OOP features are required for C# interop anyway, so to add the type level programming would result in some feature overlap - although the type level programming is more powerful. However, if C# adds it then F# will get it.

@buhakmeh For pure code I use Seq module functions. For impure code, I use for-loops. Sometimes, I also use for-loops in list and seq comprehensions. My rule is: never put impure code in Seq functions. I really dislike Seq.iter!

@Savlambda Interesting implications for optimization / boxing too. In C++ if you use concepts then there is no indirection, but if you use an interface then the object must be a behind a pointer - we can't know the size of an interface at compile-time.
