A beautiful service yesterday for our colleague and friend, Paul Stoodley. Paul was prolific in his biofilm science and mentoring of students. On top of all that, he had an active social, running/biking, and family life. He is a role model for us all.
Paul we will all miss you so much. Stoodley roughly translates to “studly horses in a woodlands field”. A perfect description of your many talents. But your smile always cut through all of it to mean the most. We will all carry your spirit on forever.
