@usibwc Did the USIBWC assist in these repairs in any way? Or did they just post on social media that Mexico needed to hurry up and fix it? USIBWC and CILA are supposed to be partner agencies, but it seems that the USIBWC points doesn't act in the spirit of international cooperation.

@usibwc The USIBWC and CILA are partner agencies, correct? Where are the offers of materials, labor, and financial support for the repairs? I fail to see how telling Mexico to hurry up with the repairs is productive.

@usibwc @usibwcCMcIntosh @cilamexico 2/ on both sides of the Border, they are demanding that Mexico fix the problem immediately. That doesn't seem like the partnership that it is supposed to be. It seems a lot more like they are throwing their hands up in the air and blaming Mexico for the problem.
