@nickchapsas Most people use it in work environment because it became the default choice for Enterprise already using GitHub and Microsoft ecosystem. People who use it outside of work are mostly not aware there are way better tools out there.

Appreciate your content. However the most likely outcome is that those who already own assets will get richer, and those who don't will get poorer, as it is most often the case, unfortunately. With continued mass immigration, demand will still compete for limited supply. Inflation and heavy regulation makes it that building houses is getting more expensive. And finally, with the new tax changes, existing investors are incentivized to hold for longer, locking supply, and rent prices will outpace wage growth and house prices in most scenarios.
