@osmanmakal Detay beyan hizmetini UPS ticari olmayan (ve şahsa gelen) gönderi için ücretsiz ve vekaletsiz veriyordu. DHL her türlü vekaletli müşavir tutmanı istiyor. Güncel durumu bilmiyorum ama geçen 6 aya kadar UPS 1500 euro altı sorunsuz getiriyordu.

One dev just put it on GitHub.
