@northernassist Switching drivers at Oxford Road during peak hours on the Liverpool service is a daily failure in basic service planning. It delays an already busy route and shows a clear disconnect from passenger experience. This needs addressing.

@GarminUK can you help? I created a 32km Running route on my Forerunner 965 and it seems to take me completely off road. I didn’t select trail and therefore didn’t come out with suitable shoes or equipment meaning it’s actually quite dangerous. Am I creating the route incorrectly
