There’s a million and one ways to get into great shape & I recognize i carry my own bias But having a balance of lifting, running, and outdoor exploration is unbeatable You can build muscle efficiently You can have a high aerobic capacity & You have so much fucking fun Is it optimal? Probably not the “most”depending on your ultimate goal But honestly…if you’re not competing at an elite level…who cares? I can GUARANTEE you’ll feel amazing & if that’s not your goal… Might be time to reevaluate

@mikeddonatelli For sure as long as your having fun in your fitness journey that’s all that matters, If you don’t like it you won’t finish what you started and won’t reach your fitness goals.
