@JMD__14 @PolitlcsUK There's no way to ensure that. Even today there's cases where people who were executed decades ago got found to be innocent. I'd also add onto this, the death penalty just gives an easy route out for some of Britain's worst criminals.

Intelligence isn't mostly genetic. Check academic performance in working class areas of England compared to affluent areas.
