@CharlieMoloney No jury in the land would convict them of terrorism, which is why they were not charged with terrorism. The organisation was not proscribed when the actions took place, and the proscription was ruled unlawful in February. It is a farce. Anyone who defends it is not thinking.

@BellaWallerstei Regardless, I think if anyone is charged with terrorist offences then it should be made clear to jury and not intentionally hidden from the jury so they are deceived. Convicted on criminal damage charges and sentenced on terrorism charges. That should not sit well with anyone.
