in all seriousness, for a well defined testable task a loop should be perfect. A, B, C, D … keep going till you find a solution. LLM should be able to drive down based on training data and context till it’s good. But what changed your mind here? Is there a way to make the loop work when things are more open ended?

Everyone wants the SOTA to keep their edge (compared to pharma corps don't want to die, become ill) and pay the $$$
@thdxr I’ve heard creativity described as memory plus pattern matching. Probably not far off from enumeration and being able to narrow down to workable solutions. How good you can direct your energy towards good solutions is likely called creativity. 🤷♂️
