@maiab Someone on NextDoor put up the post in the attached pic. I forwarded my spouse’s info as she is looking to hire this type of role. It’s been a week & no contact. If she does contact, my wife will take her call. But I already know one of the first questions that will be asked.
@maiab Had this convo with UBS and they told me they call it “tempo” and they try to match financial advisors with clients who have similar “tempo” and that makes a lot of sense because everyone is on their on time-space-continuum
@maiab What about hiring managers that don’t respond to communication attempts, despite putting stuff like “feel free to reach out if you have any questions “?
