I'm not presently hiring, but I think a really effective engineering interview would be to explicitly ask someone to use AI to solve a task, and see how they navigate. Ignore results, the way AI is driven is maybe the most effective tool at exposing idiots I've ever seen.

@JHBWater - please can you follow up and escalate request/reference: 404922424 - your team visited our premises on Tuesday 18th of June, and determined that the water meter is broken. They were meant to return with a replacement meter, but have still not arrived.

@onegreenparker Yes, I would say so - I see several job postings on LinkedIN, and I've connected with prospective clients and employers there, both ZA and UK/EU companies
