@BritishGasHelp I paid £99 call out charge for a boiler breakdown this month. Engineer didn’t turn up, so I called and another appt was made and I have been billed again. Can you help please as I shouldn’t be billed twice for this as the first appt was missed by you. Thanks

@BritishGas @BritishGasHelp My 73 year old parents, 1 with chronic asthma have been waiting for an engineer since 8am to fix their boiler. Its now 11pm and after several phone calls they still haven’t turned up. You’ve taken £99 call out and the service is shocking. Help?

@DXdelivery Hi. I was expecting a delivery yesterday but the tracking says Closed - No Access. I was in all day and nobody called from DX. It is essential that I have the parcel today. It says out for delivery again but I don’t want the same happening again. Can you help please?
