Elections officials say it’s been pretty mellow this morning — lines inside have gotten up to 10-15 ppl at times, but folks are moving through quickly. As of about 10 a.m., 65 people have been through, though that doesn’t include those who dropped off their ballot outside.

There are failures on so many levels tonight and in the last few months (and years & generations), but MPD only has itself to blame for a distrust so deep it felt it had to tweet video of a man taking his life. And it’s absolutely unconscionable they actually took that step.
